My professional experience

Interpretation
​Since 1991 I have been working continuously as a freelance interpreter in various fields, such as :
 
- Engineering: serving as an interpreter at automotive, chemical, oil refining, steel, gas plants and offshore drilling rigs, among others.  
​
- Conventions and Conferences:  interpreting topics such as information technology, aviation, finance, textiles, sports, agriculture, forestry, veterinary and medicine. I have also worked for several international organizations, foundations and NGOs.   
 
-Medical-scientific: For the last 20 years I have become a specialist in this field.
Translation
Also since 1991, in parallel to interpreting, I have worked as a freelance translator, particularly translating technical documents.    
​
I was specifically hired to translate for the following projects: 
- Banco Inverlat /Nova Scotiabank (merger)
- The Coca-Cola Company (Project Infinity IT)
- Dégrémont/Bufete Industrial (Waste Water Treatment)
- Ministry of Trade (Codex Alimentarius)
